Team

Roles, permissions and display names. Names here populate the assignee dropdowns in Task Tracker and Compliance.
Login accounts and passwords are separate — those live on the Worker and are managed from the launcher's Admin panel. This page does not create logins.

What the roles mean

Roles here describe intent and drive what the interface offers. They are not a security boundary on their own — that lives in the Worker, which is where access is actually enforced.

Role	Intended access
Owner	Everything, including team management and investor access.
Manager	Full access to assigned deals. No team management.
Analyst	Operational trackers and underwriting. No distributions, no investor contact details.
Accountant	Financials and statements only. No investor contact details.
Read only	Can view, cannot change anything.

Check that document storage is reachable and correctly bound.

Nightly backup

Every night at 2am Pacific the Worker saves a copy of all platform data (deals, distributions, investors, documents register, settings) to Egnyte, under CCAM Internal Tools/CCAM Backups, one folder per month. Property photos are included on Sundays. Sign-in sessions, the Egnyte token and password hashes are never included. Backups are never overwritten or deleted by the platform. Each day the platform also saves two Excel files there: every property's P&L, and every distribution with balances and pref. Back up now saves all three. The Excel files are built by the platform, so keep an Asset Management tab open, or use the link that appears.

Asset Management dropdowns

Edit the options that appear in dropdowns across Asset Management. Renaming an option updates existing records that use it.

Acquisitions dropdowns

Options used by the Pipeline, Broker CRM and Due Diligence pages.

Sidebar names

Rename any tab in the Asset Management or Acquisitions sidebar, e.g. "Loan tracker" to "Loans". Leave a box empty to use the built-in name. Changes are shared with the whole team. Only the label changes; links and saved sidebar order are unaffected.
